Hamilton searching for lost performance

Mercedes AMG Petronas Lewis Hamilton says he is hoping to recover lost performance in his Mercedes W05 prior to Saturday's qualifying session for the Singapore Grand Prix. Hamilton was fastest during Friday's second practice session but believes that changes made between the two sessions had a negative impact on the handling of his Mercedes W05 Hybrid. "Today was a work in progress," he said. "We made some changes between first and second practice and, whether it was those changes or the track itself, the balance didn't feel right.
