Bernie confirms three-car team talks

Bernie Ecclestone has admitted that discussions are underway about possible three-car teams for the 2015 season. Former Williams CEO Adam Parr caused a bit of a stir during the Italian GP when he tweeted that "this is the last year of F1 as we know it" adding that "in 2015 eight teams will contest the championship, with several teams entering three cars". However, McLaren Racing Director Eric Boullier dismissed the speculation saying: "I don't think we'll go to eight teams and three cars per team next year and definitely not in such a short-term notice."
