Radio ban revised to driver performance only

– Formula 1's governing body, the FIA, has revised its proposed clampdown on pit-to-car radio and pit board messages after meeting with team bosses ahead of this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix.Whilst a ban on radio messages relating to driver performance will still be introduced at the Marina Bay venue, those regarding car performance are to be delayed until the 2015 season to give teams more time to prepare.The FIA told teams last week that supplying information about car or driver performance would be a breach of Article 20.1 of the Sporting Regulations, which states that "the driver must drive the car alone and unaided".After key points were outlined to GPUpdate.net, the...
