Verstappen set for Super Licence after Adria test

– Future Toro Rosso racer Max Verstappen is set to be granted a Formula 1 Super Licence after surpassing the required mileage total during a private test at the Adria International Raceway on Wednesday.The Dutchman, who will become the youngest driver in the sport's history when he takes to the grid aged 17 next season, racked up 395km worth of running at the Italian venue, comfortably above the outlined 300km mark.Although overnight rain forced early laps on Intermediate tyres, Verstappen switched to slicks later in the day, carrying out a mix of short and long runs plus other race weekend elements such as pit-stops and launches.The test also gave Verstappen a chance to work with...
