Marussia helped by Kobayashi uncertainty

Marussia sporting director Graeme Lowdon believes the team is benefiting from the uncertainty over Kamui Kobayashi's future at Caterham. Kobayashi was dropped by Caterham for the Belgian Grand Prix, with Andre Lotterer replacing him at Spa. Roberto Merhi was limited to an FP1 role at Monza and Caterham again wanted to run Lotterer but the German turned down the seat, leaving Kobayashi to be recalled on the Wednesday before the race.
