– Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo has confirmed that he is stepping down from his position after almost 23 years, despite stating during the Italian Grand Prix weekend that he had no intention to leave.Di Montezemolo's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks, prompting an impromptu press conference at Monza, where the 67-year-old spoke of his "commitment" for another three years.But following another disappointing race for the Maranello squad, Sergio Marchionne, head of the Fiat group which owns Ferrari, described the comments as "rubbish" and made clear that "nobody is indispensable".Di Montezemolo made the announcement in...
