Rosberg fastest in FP2, Hamilton second despite electrical issues

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   MONZA, September 5th, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Nico Rosberg was fastest in FP2 for the Italian Grand Prix while teammate Lewis Hamilton spent most of the session in the garage. Rosberg was fastest for the majority of the second practice session and finished on top after posting a lap time of 1:26.225. Teammate Hamilton, who was fastest during first practice, spent the majority of the session stuck in the garage as his car would not start due to an electrical issue. With under 30 minutes to go the issue was fixed and Hamilton was back on form straight away and running second fastest...
