Kobayashi not happy with Caterham

Kamui Kobayashi admits he is “not happy” with the situation at Caterham after confirming Andre Lotterer turned down another race at the Italian Grand Prix. Having been dropped by Caterham in favour of Lotterer for the Belgian Grand Prix, Kobayashi returns at Monza but is sitting out FP1 while Formula Renault 3.5 driver Roberto Merhi takes part in a Friday practice session for the first time.
