Kobayashi back at Caterham for Monza
Amidst rumours that Andre Lotterer refused the drive, Kamui Kobayashi partners Marcus Ericsson at Monza this weekend.'I am working for Caterham F1 Team and I always respect team decisions,' said the Japanese.
