Mallya: Monza should suit our car
Force India team principal Vijay Mallya believes the Monza circuit will suit the Silverstone-based outfit's 2014 car.
The classic track features several long straights broken up by tight chicanes. With the VJM07 being fitted with the Mercedes power-unit, Mallya is confident that the team will be competitive at this weekend's Italian Grand Prix.
'The Italian Grand Prix is always a great event and this circuit is legendary,' he said. 'It is also one that should suit our car, with long straights and an emphasis on power.
'Both Checo and Nico have had good results here in the past and will hopefully do the same this year.'
