Rosberg issues apology for “error of judgement”

+ Nico Rosberg has apologised to Lewis Hamilton and his Mercedes team, admitting that he was at fault for the collision between he and his team-mate early in the Belgian Grand Prix. The German clashed with Hamilton on the second lap of last weekend’s race at Spa-Francorchamps, making contact with the left-rear tyre of his team-mate at the Les Combes section, causing a puncture that dropped the Englishman out of contention, and forced him into eventual retirement, while Rosberg recovered to finishes second. The pair were summoned for talks with Mercedes team bosses Toto Wolff and Paddy Lowe on Friday morning, with Rosberg admitting the collision had been his fault. Rosberg has since taken...
