Ex-Caterham staff start legal action

x-Caterham staff have started legal action against the F1 team's new owners, claiming unfair dismissal.Having previously threatened to take action after being dismissed last month, a follow up statement issued on behalf of the 38 former staff on Friday confirmed that the group has issued employment Tribunal Proceedings."38 former staff have today issued employment Tribunal Proceedings against Caterham in light of its failure to settle claims following their unlawful axing by new owners back in July," it read.
