FIA has no plans to investigate Spa clash

Getty Images Enlarge The FIA has confirmed it is not planning to launch an investigation into the collision between Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton at the Belgian Grand Prix. The accident occurred on the second lap of the race as Rosberg clipped the rear of Hamilton's Mercedes, causing a puncture. The stewards decided not to investigate the contact at the time, classifying it as a racing incident. However, after the race Hamilton claimed Rosberg had admitted to causing the contact on purpose during a team meeting after the race.
