Hamilton: Rosberg admits he didn't back off

Mercedes AMG Petronas Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has said that team-mate Nico Rosberg admitted that he allowed their collision during the Belgian Grand Prix to happen to 'prove a point.' Hamilton was hit by Rosberg at Les Combes and after the Mercedes post-race debrief, Hamilton revealed that Rosberg claimed he intentionally did not back off as they scrapped for the lead on the second lap of the race. "It looked quite clear to me but we just had a meeting about it and he basically said he did it on purpose," Hamilton is quoted by Crash.net.
