Rain masks Williams potential in qualifying

– Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa blamed the wet weather on their Williams team's low key qualifying performance in Belgium.Having looked set to be the nearest challenger to Mercedes in the dry, Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren put cars ahead of Williams in qualifying.Bottas, who had topped the morning's wet/dry final practice session, had to make do with sixth position, while Massa was a distant ninth."The final practice where I finished P1 showed that we have a very strong car in the dry, but wet conditions allow other cars to move closer to us and unfortunately we didn't qualify as high today as we can," said Bottas."I lost some tyre temperature in my warm up lap...
