Newey does not expect to be replaced by Red Bull

Adrian Newey Adrian Newey says Red Bull will not replace him as technical director when he steps down at Christmas. Frustrated with the direction of the regulations, Formula 1′s most respected designer will begin to head Red Bull's new advanced technologies centre in 2015 rather than work full-time on Formula 1. 'At the moment I'm still full time,' he said at Spa-Francorchamps, 'and will be (working) certainly over the coming months as we finalise the general layout of the (2015) car. It won't be until Christmas that I start to really get into new roles.'
