Marussia confusion as Chilton will race at Spa, Rossi won't

In a remarkable about turn Marussia announced during Free Practice 1 of the Belgian Grand Prix that Max Chilton will race at Spa-Francrochamps and Alexander Rossi will not make his Formula 1 debut on Sunday.
BBC reported during FP1: 'Max Chilton will be back in their car [Marussia] for this afternoon's second practice. Good news for Chilton, but spare a thought for poor Alexander Rossi. The 22-year-old American had got himself psyched up for this weekend, but may not make his race debut after all.'
