Massa thinks Williams can be competitive at 'most races'

SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, 21st August, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Felipe Massa says he expects Williams to be competitive for the rest of the year.  Shortly before the summer break Williams were very competitive and managed three podium finishes courtesy of teammate Valtteri Bottas.  Massa took pole position in Austria and went on to finish the race fourth, his season best.  On paper the Belgian and Italian circuits are strong tracks for Williams.
