Lotterer set to replace Kobayashi at Caterham
Andre Lotterer is set to replace Kamui Kobayashi at Caterham ahead of this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix. The three-time Le Mans winner – who currently drives for Audi alongside Super Formula commitments in Japan – has links with Caterham adviser Colin Kolles having driven for Kolles' Audi LMP1 entry at Le Mans in 2009. Lotterer's only previous F1 experience comes in the form of being test driver for Jaguar in 2002. Crash.net understands an announcement from Caterham about its driver line-up will be made later this week, with Kobayashi the man to be replaced due to the substantial sponsorship that Marcus Ericsson brings to the team.
