Marussia not focused on Sauber, says Bianchi

Jules Bianchi says Marussia does not expect it will retain its current ninth position in the 2014 Formula 1 Constructors' standings, insisting the team is simply focused on ensuring it finishes ahead of main rivals Caterham. A historic ninth place finish in the Monaco Grand Prix saw Bianchi notch up the team's first-ever points, either in its former Virgin Racing guise or its current Marussia iteration. That result has put Marussia in prime position to secure the lucrative tenth place in the standings over long-time rivals Caterham, the result has also had the effect of placing it ahead of the struggling Sauber team, which is yet to score points.
