Toro Rosso's half-term report - by team principal Franz Tost

This time last year Toro Rosso had scored 24 points. This season’s tally is just 15. While Jean-Eric Vergne and rookie sensation Daniil Kvyat have regularly qualified the STR9 inside the top ten, less impressive race pace and poor reliability have limited their results.
