Booth: Chilton lost out in qualifying due to an electrical issue

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   19th July, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Marussia’s team principal John Booth says an electrical issue put Max Chilton on the back foot in qualifying. Booth says an electrical issue at the end of FP3 cost Chilton valuable setup time which meant he went into qualifying with a disadvantage. Chilton qualified 21st, 0.081s behind Caterham’s Kamui Kobayashi. “Unfortunately, with Max, we lost some track time due to an electronics issue,” Booth said. “This was very unfortunate for him because he missed out on experiencing the finalised setup on the option tyres at the end of FP3....
