Rossi and Caterham part company

Alexander Rossi has announced he has left Caterham's F1 and GP2 teams following the change of management. Tony Fernandes sold the F1 outfit to a group of Swiss and Middle Eastern investors who were advised by Colin Kolles. With Kolles and Christijan Albers now taking over the management of Caterham F1, Rossi has confirmed he has left his role as a reserve driver and will not be racing for the GP2 team in Hockenheim this weekend. "I'm very thankful to everyone at Caterham throughout the time I have worked with the team," Rossi said. "We had meetings over the past couple months with the previous and new management.
