Smedley: Williams got timings wrong

– Williams' Head of Performance Engineering Rob Smedley has admitted that the British team miscalculated its timings during qualifying for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.Changeable conditions in Q1 affected the pecking order and Williams reacted too late to the drying circuit. As a result, Valtteri Bottas ended up in 17th, with Felipe Massa in 18th.Both drivers will move up two positions on the grid courtesy of penalties to other drivers."We have a good car so it's very disappointing to be in 17th and 18th," Smedley said."We were trying to mark the people on track but our timings were wrong.
