Silverstone – It’s all about the fans
Come rain, wind or shine, those devoted Formula One fans will wait for hours in line to get that special memory, whether it is an autograph, photo or even a selfie that can be treasured as part of an experience that will last a lifetime.
This year at the 50th running of the British Grand Prix, Silverstone decided to make “Fans’ Thursday” more about those that travel from all across the country and across the globe to cheer on in the stands and by the fences.
As a part of the day’s activities, those that were there as three-day ticket holders got the chance to walk down the pit lane, see the cars that will race Sunday and meet the drivers.
