Neale downplays 'try harder' comments

Jonathan Neale insists too much has been read into Ron Dennis' recent comments to Jenson Button, saying that's just Ron. Last week questions about Button's future made headlines when Dennis publicly urged his driver, who is out of contract at the end of this season, to "try harder." The McLaren CEO told Sky Sports F1: "Do I want him to try harder? Of course I do. "He is a highly paid grand prix driver, and yes we are not giving him the best car, yes it would be challenging for him to win in this car to say the least, but he could do his bit, and Kevin's got to make it as difficult for him as possible."
