Cautious optimism at Toro Rosso

style="margin: 0px; font-family: Times;">   SILVERSTONE, 4th July 2014 (F1 Plus / Graham Keilloh) - After a recent tough time for the Toro Rosso team, after Friday’s practice running for the British Grand Prix there was some encouragement for a small upturn this weekend.    Both of the Faenza cars were around the bottom end of the top 10 throughout, and Jean-Eric Vergne finished the second session in tenth place while Daniil Kvyat ended up twelfth.
