Rosberg wins in Austria from Hamilton and Bottas

Nico Rosberg secured victory on Formula 1's return to Austria to once again extend his championship lead to 29 points over team-mate Lewis Hamilton who finished second. The German ended up just 1.9 seconds ahead as they crossed the line, with both struggling to manage overheating brakes. Third place went to Williams's Valtteri Bottas as he secured his first podium finish, whilst pole man Felipe Massa could only hold onto fourth, narrowly keeping Ferrari's Fernando Alonso behind. Sergio Perez took sixth ahead of Kevin Magnussen and the sole remaining Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo as Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Kvyat and Jean-Eric Vergne all retired from their home race.
