Hamilton: Pole position not vital in Austria
– Lewis Hamilton says pole position for the Austrian Grand Prix will be less important than at other races, given the sizeable straight that runs between the first two corners.The Mercedes driver topped Friday practice at the Red Bull Ring, clocking a 1:09.542 to lead team-mate Nico Rosberg by 0.377 seconds.But he has suggested that the key to leading at the end of the first lap could be the run out of Turn 1."I don't actually think pole is going to be the most important thing, as there's a long straight up to Turn 2," he said."But I'd still like to get pole and that's my goal."On his feeling with the car, Hamilton said: "Even after my first laps in FP1, I...
