Perez penalised for crash with Massa
Sahara Force India
Sergio Perez has been handed a five place grid penalty for the Austrian Grand Prix after stewards deemed he was at fault in a last lap crash with Felipe Massa.
Perez and Massa were squabbling over fourth place when the Brazilian hit the back of his rival approaching the first corner.
Both suffered heavy impacts with the barriers and were taken to hospital for precautionary checks, before being discharged.
Stewards deemed that the Mexican 'changed his racing line which caused the impact with car 19 [Massa] in turn one'.
