Lotus frustrated by Maldonado's power unit issue

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   8th June, 2014 (F1 Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Pastor Maldonado retired on lap 21 of the Canadian Grand Prix with a power unit issue. Deputy Team Principal, Federico Gastaldi, said the issue was frustrating and that they will work hard to prevent it from happening in the future. “Pastor was driving very strongly with a good strategy which should have seen him finish strongly in the points.” Gastaldi said. “He had an issue related to his power unit from the start of the race and eventually he had to retire because of this.” “This is frustrating for all involved and we will do everything...
