Brake failure scuppers Hamilton in Canada

Mercedes AMG Petronas Lewis Hamilton was left to rue a brake failure which pitched him out of the Canadian Grand Prix. Hamilton was running a couple of seconds behind Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg when both drivers began to slow with an MGU-K problem. While Rosberg was able to finish the race in second place, Hamilton suffered a brake failure and was forced to retire for the second time in 2014. "I did the best that I could out there today and felt like I was having a strong race but unfortunately it just wasn't our day," he said. "Montreal has been a good track for me so to come here and not finish is disappointing but there are plenty more races ahead of us this season...
