Rosberg happy to salvage second after drama

Nico Rosberg has hailed his second place in Canada "a really good result" after he encountered troubles half way through the race. The German had to nurse his car to the checkered flag after he and team-mate Lewis Hamilton were struck by "high-voltage control electronics failure" which essentially left them racing with 160bhp less than usual. Hamilton was forced to retire with subsequent brake failure, but Rosberg held off a charging Sergio Perez, but couldn't quite keep race winner Daniel Ricciardo behind as the Australian siezed his opportunity with just two laps to go.
