Alonso admits seventh was Ferrari's limit

Scuderia Ferrari Fernando Alonso says that seventh place during qualifying for the Canadian Grand Prix was Ferrari's limit after describing his qualifying lap as 'very good'. Alonso, currently third in the championship, set the seventh quickest time at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and believes that his position reflects Ferrari's present predicament. "I think it was the limit, the lap was very very good," he said. "We crossed the line and there were six cars faster than us, they were faster than us all through qualifying so it wasn’t as if all of a sudden they are there.
