Transmission issue ended FP2 prematurely for Ericsson

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   6th June, 2014 (F1 Plus / Rosie Baillie) - FP2 came to an early end for Caterham’s Marcus Ericsson when he lost transmission. The Swede was forced to pull off the track and leave the CT05 at the run-off are at Turn 3. “after 13 laps and on my second run I lost transmission and had to pull over.” Ericsson said. “That was the end of the session which is obviously not ideal but with 33 laps this morning and another 13 in FP2 it’s not been too bad a day.” Caterham made changes to the car before FP2 but were forced to return to the morning’s setup as it didn’t feel like an...
