Ricciardo reprimanded for pit lane incident

Red Bull/Getty Images Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo has been given a reprimand after an incident in the pit lane during the closing stages of the first practice session for the Canadian Grand Prix. Ricciardo overtook Lotus's Pastor Maldonado in the pit lane 'in a dangerous manner', according to the stewards report. Ricciardo, who ended the session in sixth place, was judged to have driven 'in a manner that was potentially dangerous to others in the pit lane'. Ricciardo's reprimand is his first of the season.
