Rossi pleased with practice outing

Caterham F1 Team Alexander Rossi expressed his satisfaction after receiving his first running in Caterham's 2014 Formula 1 car. Rossi, who tested last year's CT03 on a number of occasions, completed 27 laps in the CT05 during first practice for the Canadian Grand Prix. Rossi was the slowest of the 22 runners, three-and-a-half-tenths of a second off of regular Caterham racer Marcus Ericsson. "It was alright I think," he said. "Obviously you always want to go quicker than the other car. I think that for the first foray, 27 laps is alright.
