Button sees future at McLaren, but no progress on deal

Sutton Images Enlarge Jenson Button sees his future at McLaren but says he is in no rush to start negotiating a new contract beyond the end of this year. McLaren have endured another difficult start to the season and Button said the focus was currently on resolving those issues before negotiating an extension of his contract. "No more progress [on my contract] at all, but that's just the way it is," he said. "We're here, we've spent four good years together already. We're in our fifth year together and we both want - I think - to work together in the future. But it's just not the time yet, not the right time [to talk about it]. We've got a lot of other issues to solve first...
