Red Bull, Toro Rosso accused of secret test
Details have emerged which suggest Red Bull or sister team Toro Rosso conducted an illegal test ahead of the Australian Grand Prix in order to aid Renault in their bid to be ready for the first race. German media reports that correspondence between Red Bull, Renault and a test facility in Graz, Austria has been leaked and seen by the FIA and rival teams including Mercedes and Ferrari. AVL - the test facility in question - features a 100% scale rolling road which would potentially provide an opportunity to run a full-scale F1 car at high-speed and is outside of the testing regulations.
