Minor changes made to Circuit Gilles Villeneuve

The FIA has confirmed that a series of minor tweaks have been made to the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve ahead of this weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix. At turn 13, the right hander before the start-finish straight, the barriers have been moved further back, while a new debris fence has been installed as an increased safety measure. The gravel located around the outside of turns 10 and 13 has also been replaced with asphalt run-off, while new guardrail posts have been introduced to ensure that no spacing is greater than two metres.
