Rosberg in promo accident

Nico Rosberg was involved in a car accident at the German football team's Italian training camp which left two people in hospital.The German was participating in a Mercedes promotional event alongside DTM driver Pascal Wehrlein with footballers Julian Draxler and Benedikt Howedes reported passengers in their respective cars. German daily Bild reported that Rosberg slowed his car to avoid hitting a spectator who had walked on to the track, followed by a marshal, and Wehrlein swerved to avoid him but hit the two people, one of whom was air-lifted to hospital shortly before 3pm local time on Tuesday.
