Hamilton edges Ricciardo as Red Bull shows pace

Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time of the final practice session for the Monaco Grand Prix as Daniel Ricciardo displayed Red Bull's pace. On supersoft tyres for qualifying simulations, Hamilton set a time of 1:16.758 to just beat Ricciardo by 0.05s. Nico Rosberg was later than the top two in setting his best time and could only go third quickest with a 1:16.874. Sebastian Vettel was fourth in the second Red Bull but over 0.4s slower than Hamilton as Ricciardo appeared more comfortable with the RB10 around the street circuit. Once again Ferrari was the third fastest team with Fernando Alonso finishing the session fifth, one place ahead of team-mate Kimi Raikkonen. More to follow.
