Rosberg to remain at Mercedes until 2016
Nico Rosberg will continue as Lewis Hamilton's team-mate in 2015 after reportedly agreeing a new two-year extension to his contract. The German's contract had been set to expire at the end of the current season, prompting rumours that Fernando Alonso might replace him. The Spaniard has dropped hints recently that he isn't impressed with Ferrari and their recent form which has seen him without a win since the 2013 Spanish Grand Prix. Head of Mercedes-Benz, Dieter Zetsche, also spoke highly of the 32-year-old recently, describing him as "perhaps the best driver" on the grid.
