F1 owners keen on premier league boss to replace Ecclestone

Richard Scudamore A source at Formula 1 owners CVC have named Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore as an ideal successor to the sport's embattled chief executive Bernie Ecclestone. With 83-year-old Ecclestone fighting for his future and freedom in a Munich corruption trial, many names have been linked with his role at the top of Formula 1′s commercial rights. The latest is Scudamore the current English football chief, but his job is now in doubt due to a series of allegedly sexist personal emails.
