Mercedes sees Ferrari as biggest threat

– Mercedes has singled out Ferrari as its biggest threat for the 2014 Formula 1 World Championship, even though the Italian marque recorded just one podium finish from the opening four races of the season. Although Ferrari sits fifth and more than 100 points adrift of Mercedes, Silver Arrows chief Toto Wolff reckons the outfit has the development ability and driver talent in Fernando Alonso to mount a serious challenge.
