Brawn plays down Ferrari visit

Ross Brawn has played down a visit to the Ferrari factory in Maranello as part of a holiday. Having been away from F1 since leaving Mercedes at the end of last season, Brawn was sighted at Ferrari's headquarters on Monday. That led to speculation that he could return to Maranello having previously worked as technical director for the team during Michael Schumacher's period of dominance in the early 2000s. However, Brawn told the BBC that his visit was "with a group of friends as part of a tour of Italy – no more than that!"
