Kvyat ‘learned many valuable lessons’ at Barcelona

Daniil Kvyat says he has “learned many valuable lessons at the Catalunya circuit” as F1 returns to Europe. The Spanish Grand Prix marks the start of the European season, with rookie Kvyat set to race on tracks he is more familiar with from his years in junior formulae. Recalling two occasions in particular, Kvyat says the Circuit de Catalunya has been a key location in his development during his rise up to F1. “Like all the drivers, I have spent a lot of time at this circuit, racing and testing,” Kvyat said. “I've had some good results there, I particularly remember a Eurocup race in 2011, when I started from twentieth and finished third.
