Wolff: Merc exceeding expectations

Even though they had a strong pre-season, Mercedes never expected to start the 2014 so strongly, according to Executive Director Toto Wolff. Ever since the first pre-season test in Jerez, Mercedes seemed to have the strongest car at every circuit and used their advantage with aplomb - were it not for Lewis Hamilton's early retirement in Australia, they might have recorded one-two's in each of the season's first four races.
