Vergne aiming for points after strong qualifying

– Toro Rosso driver Jean-Éric Vergne says a top ten finish is his target after progressing through to Q3 during qualifying for the Chinese Grand Prix. Vergne set the ninth fastest time in wet conditions at Shanghai and is hoping for an improved performance after a difficult few rounds. Vergne collected points in Australia but failed to finish in Malaysia and Bahrain due to mechanical problems and a couple of collisions.
