Räikkönen surprised by Domenicali exit

– Kimi Räikkönen says Stefano Domenicali's resignation as Ferrari team boss came as a surprise to him. Domenicali, who had been at the helm of the outfit since 2008, stepped back from the position on Monday, with Marco Mattiacci – the CEO of Ferrari's North American operation – being announced as his successor. "I think everyone is a bit surprised but it was Stefano's own decision as I understand it," said Räikkönen. He added: "If he felt like that [resigning], then it's fair enough. Life goes on.
